1957 to Ft Sill for radar school, 11/57 to Camp Drake Japan, 1/58 by ship to korea, 2/58 to Camp Page, still being constructed. In HQ & HQ Co R&S attached to flight unit for R&S. Never used radar school as no radar avaliable until 1961 after I left in 1/59. Still have some good memories but do not want to repeat. Honest Johns were big news at that time. We were always considered a prime target for North Koreas. Helped install water lines, cement walkways. All the streets are named after members of my member squad that were killed in helicopter crash in 5/58. Bad day. Still 3 members living today 2/18. Memories good and bad.
